I am glad we are family and can weather through change with grace and understanding :)  Some of you have responded to my emails about converting to our new system.  You should not have to sign up for a password.  If you click on the URL then click on 'Join Google Groups, ' that should be enough to get you on the Family News list automatically.  Please contact me if this is not working for you.  

Interested in Avalanche Hockey games?  I will have a stack of free tickets tonight at Ladies SPA, compliments of Dave and Valeri Boyer.   They are for the last game of the season which will be tomorrow night, Saturday, at 7pm at the Wasilla Sports Complex.  If you miss the SPA and still would like to attend, call me at 841-9567 for tickets.

Big Lake Baptist Church is looking for childcare worker ~

                              Days / Hours: 4 hours per week.  Work schedule; Sunday Morning 10:45AM–12:45PM and Wednesday 6:45–8:45PM 

Function: Primary function is to provide love and care for infants and toddlers of the church during regularly scheduled services. 

Creating a warm and welcoming environment in which infants and toddlers are safe, comfortable, and cared for with 100% accountability from their induction by parents in the morning until they are picked up at the conclusion of services.   

A primary objective of this position is to reduce the demand on active members missing opportunities for worship and study during regular services.  As such, this position is ‘primarily’ intended for someone outside our congregation attending services of their own at alternate times. 

Reports directly to the Children’s Committee Chair Person and Pastor
